FOR THE CUSTOMER

To give the customer the best possible experience, whether it is performances, courses, events or other services, Sandra Falkeborn Artwork works to, to the best of its ability, ensure the best possible health and safety before, during and after the experience. We will, to the best of our ability, put the safety of the customer / participants first.
We work preventively against accidents and incidents through:

Risk assessment of the relevant premises / area. This means, among other things, locating emergency exits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets and any defibrillators on site. In cases where it is needed, Sandra Falkeborn Artwork provides a First Aid bandage. The customer / participants are informed on site. In addition, areas particularly at risk of damage are located. Should such an area be discovered, the customer / participants will be informed on site.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Last completed education: 2016 The next education in HRL will be completed by 2022 at the latest.

Allergies. Sandra Falkeborn Artwork sometimes has her dog (allergy-friendly breed mix) with her at performances, courses, events or other services. On such occasions, the customer / participants are informed well in advance. In some cases, information about allergies from the customer / participants can be requested before the event in order to prevent any allergic reaction (the dog is an allergy-friendly breed mixture).
